Herregud vad jobbigt det är att ha att göra med mobilföretag i USA.  Det kanske är lika jobbigt hemma i Sverige men i så fall har jag förträngt det.  Jag har haft problem med min service från T-Mobile i månader och mejlat med dem fram och tillbaka tiotals gånger.  Varje mejl de skickar börjar med: 

My name is Steve and
I am here to help you with anything you may need today. I see that you
are having problems with your services and I can definitely
understand the frustration of not having access to your services and
will be more then willing to look into it for you.
Mia, I regret to hear of your recent experience in regards to what
problems you have encountered with your services. We do work to provide
each customer with the best customer experience possible and it is
unfortunate if your recent experience fell below those expectations.

Det ska väl verka personligt men är bara fruktansvärt irriterande.  Speciellt som någon lösning aldrig nås.  Sen avslutar de alltid med:

I do apologize for any inconvenience in this matter as we do strive to
provide exceptional customer service if there is anything further you
would wish for us to address please allow us the opportunity as we are
happy to help and welcome any questions or comments.
If you do have any other questions for me Mia, please do not hesitate to
reply back or contact customer service.

I would like to take this time to thank you again for contacting
T-Mobile customer care and allowing me the opportunity to extend our
gratitude for your continued services as I do show that you have been a

World class service my ass.  De suger och vägrar avsluta kontraktet utan att jag måste betala en $200 "early termination fee".  Ugh.
